These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mobile games and services provided by Zenzo Games LLC ("Zenzo Games," "we," "us," or "our"), including Vibe Fall and any future titles. By downloading or playing our games, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Zenzo Games application, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our games.

2. License to Use

Zenzo Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our games for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the game or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the game
• Use the game for commercial purposes without written permission
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

3. Fair Play

To ensure a fair experience for all players, you agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage
• Manipulate leaderboard scores through any illegitimate means
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the game or its features

Zenzo Games reserves the right to remove scores, restrict access, or take other action against accounts found to be in violation of fair play standards.

4. Intellectual Property

All content within our games — including but not limited to graphics, characters, logos, music, sound effects, and code — is the property of Zenzo Games LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our games without prior written consent.

5. Advertisements

Our games are free to play and supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob. By using our games, you consent to the display of advertisements. Rewarded ads are optional and offered in exchange for in-game benefits such as extra lives.

6. Modifications and Discontinuation

Zenzo Games reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any game or feature at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of our games.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our games are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Zenzo Games does not warrant that the games will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zenzo Games LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our games. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our games shall not exceed $100.

9. Children

Our games are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to use our services. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used our games in violation of these Terms, please contact us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of South Carolina.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page. Continued use of our games after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
